That’s a wrap on reno 2020 . It definitely took a village to get this done. I wasn’t sure how I would get all this done on my own. It seemed like people stepped in every step of the way and I’m SO grateful for that! Because of all the help, I was able to hit my timeline target! The main challenges were that the painting was way longer than anticipated and I smashed out my back window in my vehicle. My fav parts were managing the progress and all the challenges a...long the way, the good old fashioned DYI and hard work (a little grit is fun) and the pride that comes with putting so much into something that isn’t easy is . Thank-you so much to: @mikestefankiw and @jillstables for shiplapping, ripping out the wall, finding and picking up the couches and coming back to finish up with cleaning and decorating . Also, Jill was my consultant and cheerleader the whole time and is incredibly gifted in home decor and anything creative. @erigud @beckgudnason and @madisongudnason for helping with the painting @paulastefankiw and Dad for housing me while I did this and feeding me. Dad also helped with electrical and plumbing My neighbours at the lake for help with everything. Kim and I ripped out the not fun old flooring and replaced with beautiful laminate @sksaigonheo who found the laminate on clearance Tim S for cutting the doors. My Uncle Darcy and Auntie Marcy for picking up on two separate trips from Regina - flooring and window for my vehicle. Jesse and @jocyj15 for pitching in on Father’s Day Weekend. Wes for the rental of the laminate cutter and the floor scraper. It was a JOB. But, I’m so happy with the result. It feels so incredibly good to upgrade this wonderful place #grateful #light #abundance #homereno #lakelife #ittakesacommunity #smalltownsask @ Fishing Lake See more

This course was amazing and the people in the sessions were so great. I laughed for days after this one. @marcwmorris is a pro at capturing these moments . What a great reminder to not take myself so seriously . My fav part is when I realize what I just said and start back pedaling . Posted @withregram @marcwmorris One of the BEST parts of the polyhealth nutrition coaching course is the weekly seminar. We discuss all of the learning objectives and activities ...for the week - making the take-home points so clear and applicable. And, sometimes we laugh. Going to miss the Winter 2020 crew, but starting again with our Summer 2020 group tonight. @coachlouanne @crossfit_corey @delislesmalltownstrong @corrinepetit @blyth.c @rise.and.grind.brew @fitnessguru_009 @kelly_br0wn #polyhealth #certification #onlinecoaching #nutritioncoaching #yxe #food #flexibledieting #nutritionalscience See more

This is an experiment that was on the Oprah Winfrey show. Privilege is something that is sometimes hard to understand if another way of being treated has never been experienced. This experiment gives an accurate representation of the behaviours around a small amount of discomfort. With the recent events that have occurred, the biggest takeaway has to be openness to understand and empathy.
