Their are many ways to train your body sense the wise old saying of having the right tool in the toolbox. The argument stems that a person should to the presence of the trainer. It is up to the trainer to figure out what works best for their client and not themselves. If we reverse engineer it goes back to the blue print. assessments, goals, type of motivation. This information will allow the trainer to assemble a program that will facilitate great results for the client.... I often hear trainers mock different modalities. Yet if that modality works and the person is safe. That's what there here for, results right. Progress will stall if programming is done incorrectly. if there is no balance someone will end up getting injuries due to repetitive strain injuries. One of the most often overlooked areas is mindset. Where is your clients and your head at in the game. Is their solid communication. If your able to communicate clearly in order for your clients to execute that is awesome. That will yield many results further into the program. In conclusion it's all about the client and the professional relationship you have, the tools you bring to the table and how you use those tools? What is the comfort Zone? behavioral construct. It's what's familiar to you and what feels safeyour regular habits and routines. When you're in your comfort zone, you experience low levels of stress and anxiety. In your comfort zone, there's little to no risk. In order to grow and move to the next level you have to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. On at this time you will truly grow and ascend to the next level.... If your tired- go to bed earlier Out of shape-start exercising Don't have one-time to sacrifice something Don't have one-stop wasting it on unnecessary things Seems complicated-make a plan start small. Don't have the knowledge- go acquire it. What's preventing you from doing this, can you guess what it is? If you guessed comfort zone your right!! So today on momentum monday I will ask you. Pick one of these things and work on it. Just one. And push yourself to stick to one. As you feel more comfortable then 2.
