Here are 3 places to examine that I hope may support you in 2021: 1. Time Management and Creating A Perfect Routine is a MYTH! Dispel this myth by examining the concept at a deeper level... Real Estate is one of the most unpredictable career environments that someone can embark on. Every single day we have situations and circumstances present themselves that may get in the way of that so called perfect routine. If you’re focussed on the routine you may be setting yourself up for failure before the day even begins. Consider building rituals and habits that become a MINIMUM STANDARD and non negotiable. This applies to your personal and business protocols. I’m going to go out on a limb and suggest that many of the Time Managament Gurus have not sold a house before. . Something to examine and consider before you BUY in. 2. LESS IS MORE Are you constantly STRIVING for more or are you focussed on the right target which ultimately requires LESS! Less Anxiety Less Overwhelm Less Validation Less Fear Less Distraction Consider what MUST happen in order for you to experience the happiness, freedom and results based productivity you desire and deserve... Both inside and outside of real estate. What’s that one thing that burns at the center of your spirit that you know...without a doubt that if you just did that... What you DESIRE will UNFOLD... Examine it. Get Transparent with SELF. Point yourself in the right direction. It doesn’t need to be perfect but YOU need to get started. 3. Watch Out for Illusionists 2020 has been a year like never before for Big Promises and Empty Results. We are bombarded with information, webinars and zooms that preach the Elite Standard... You can be just like me and I’m BETTER than you... Pro-Tip: Peel back the curtain on some of these illusions and you’ll find a big projection often hiding a very fractured spirit. That may create an issue or two in your business model down the road. My hope for you in the last few days of 2020 is to get crystal clear... Examine everything. Make choices and commitments that align with your VISION...not somebody else’s. Find accountability and/or figure out how to hold yourself accountable to those choices. Tap into your potential. Create Your Momentum. 2021 is all YOURS. #SoulfulSunday
