Here are some great points from the article, - Lead by example, sit with your kids at the dinner table so they can observe you eating nutritious food enthusiastically.... - Don't fall into the trap of your child being a picky eater, they will grow out of the phase. - Don't give up! Continue offering your kids a variety of foods, trusting that their palates will evolve. - It can take a minimum of 15 exposures before children appreciate and like a certain food. - Encourage sports teams and schools to have healthy snack options instead of sports drinks and sugary snacks/candy.
