When a designer asked if we operate a foundry to cast her a wishbone leg support for her client I didnt hesitate to to tell her no, but assured her we could handle this project nevertheless. Throw back Thursday... For Bowring Parks Centennial celebration, Coadys Metal Works Ltd was commissioned to design and fabricate a new sign to be placed at the bottom entry to the park. This is what my father, Ron Coady came up with. The attention to detail is incredible, incorporating styles and detail from around Bowring Park. From each individual hammered and forged piece (that Ron did himself) that makes Tinkerbell, to the wood grain stock used to mimic the old perimeter fence.
