Here is a summary for safety measures for return to work amid COVID 19 as outlined by Dr. Atul Gawande a surgeon and public researcher at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston: - WASHING HANDS: 10 plus times daily and or using hand sanatizers. - DISINFECTING HIGH TOUCH SURFACES: 1-2 times per day. - PHYSICAL DISTANCING: minimum of 2 metres - USE OF PLEXIGLASS BARRIERS.... - DAILY SELF SCREENING: for symptoms of COVID 19. - USING A MASK: for close interactions or crowded areas. Note: Surgical masks are effective at blocking 99% of respiratory droplets if worn correctly, cloth masks are not as effective but useful. See more

The Clinic is starting to accept appointments for acupuncture and trigger point services. We are starting with two evenings a week and will add more days and times over the next several weeks. Bookings can be made through the web site or by contacting Stephen. Please note the signage on the door requesting to call the office when you arrive so we can direct you directly to the treatment room. Our focus is to maximize patient safety during the slow reopening process. For massage therapy, your therapist will be contacting you.
