Wishing everyone peace, love and happiness this holiday season! May you find a little time to sit quietly and connect with your breath. I am hosting one more class before the end of the year on Monday, Dec 28th at 9:15am. The focus of this class will be relaxation and flexibility. Yoga on zoom Monday morning at 9:15am. We will stretch the inner thighs, open the front body and take time to listen to our breath. Sounds like a perfect way to start the week. Please let me know if you'd like to join and I'll send you the details.

As most of you probably know already, new health orders suspend yoga classes for the next two weeks. If you would like to join me for Hatha Yoga classes via zoom (9:15am Mondays and Fridays) please comment below, message me or send me an email [email protected] This is certainly a challenging time, and for me, taking some time to breath and move my body gives my mind a break from stress and anxiety. My hope is to be able to help others take that break as well. Stay safe
