Well.....here we go! Digging the next Cobalt Home for a very nice couple here in Ft Sask. A beautiful custom 3700sqft Bungalow, triple garage, metal roof, solar panels....and all the bells and whistles. Updates to follow as we go along.

Exterior is complete! Ready for rough grade.....weather permitting.

Well, it's 99% done. (Still some outside work to complete) Would like to welcome everyone to come out on Sunday 15th for an Open House (before it's listed) from 1:00 till 3:00 to have a look, if you'd like.
