URGENT ...... URGENT Today the government of Ontario announced that all pharmacies & grocery stores are mandated to close this Friday & Sunday (only this week) If your pills are due during this closure please pick them up one day early. ... We apologize for the short notice which we were also supersized with. Please share with all friends & families. https://www.google.ca//ontario-grocery-pharmacies-clo/amp/
You may have heard recently in the news that pharmacies have been asked by the government to dispense your medications as a monthly supply instead of the usual three months supply. This is a temporary measure to help prevent the possibility of drug shortages as we navigate our way through the Covid-19 pandemic. Many people have publicly expressed concerns of the increased cost in dispensing fees / co-pays that they will have to pay out-of-pocket. There have also been concerns... of the inconvenience this may cause with regards to increased trips to the pharmacy during a time when we are all trying to isolate to protect each other from Covid-19. We want to inform our current, and any future patients that although we may be required to provide you with a monthly supply of your medication, that we will only charge you for your deductibles once for the coming 3 months May/June/July. The remaining 2 month supply will be refilled at a later date, at no extra cost (with the exception of any quarterly Trillium deductibles and any applicable yearly deductibles declared by your drug plan). Please ask a dispensary staff member if you would like clarification. If you come to the pharmacy, there is no need to wait in long line ups, but we do ask that you practice safe social distancing while in the store. For your convenience, we are offering curbside pick-up, as well as free delivery 5 days a week. Thank you to all our customers for the opportunity to serve you. It has been our pleasure. We take pride in our service, and we are always happy to assist you in any way we can. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to call us at 705-679-2146
