Carrots are great for your teeth because they contain vitamin C, which helps protect gums and other tissues from cell damage and bacterial infection. What are some favourite recipes you enjoy? Here is a great carrot salad! Enjoy! 1 pound carrots 3 to 5 cloves garlic 1 tsp paprika & 1 tsp cumin... Juice from 1 large lemon 2 tbs parsley 2 tbs extra-virgin olive oil Sea salt INSTRUCTIONS Clean and peel carrots and slice them into rounds. Steam the carrots until they’ve softened but still retain some of their firmness. Mix the spices with the lemon juice, parsley, olive oil and salt. Pour mixture on the cooked carrots. Serve cool or warm with your main course or by itself! Enjoy!
