Some of you ask what we do with our baked goods at the end of the day. We are very proud to tell you that nothing goes into the garbage bin!!Instead, every day of the week, we have a different charity coming to our bakery to collect the bread and treats to help feed those who are less fortunate in Toronto. Today I would like to feature Maria who is truly a super volunteer. Maria works tirelessly to help feed the homeless through the Dinner with Dignity Program which is run ou...t of Roncesvalles United Church. Maria and her team make sandwiches and soup for many deserving people every week.
