Tonight our gathering was filled with love, community, and hope for the future as we discussed being disciples of Christ during these tumultuous times. We started our time out together with this video, and it really opened our hearts and minds to a wonderful discussion hour. Peace Through All People: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lBQ-KsGo_BI

Thank you for being part of this special service, and to the two ordinands - we welcome your ministry in your newest callings. Thank you for saying "yes".

Demolition Just three days ago demolition began on our new space. Hard to believe it’s already done! Check out those tall ceilings (look above the hanging fluorescent lights). Seeing it empty certainly helps to visualize and dream new purpose into the space.
Special thanks to Caitlin & Bill for providing such great discussion materials & music for our gathering tonight! We discussed all things COVID tonight and how we might protect each other, ourselves, and maintain our mental health at the same time. We also got an exciting update on The MOM Project - an organization that has its origins in our congregation. Started by Caitlin, a young adult in our congregation, the organization has grown to its current size...offering over 200+ breast pump rentals to those who otherwise wouldn't have had access. Great work! Our group tonight stretched from High River to Calgary to Hawaii! Love these people so much.
