Good day friends... So, I got to the shop yesterday and started calling the clients that were cancelled or bumped and I spent quite a while getting them in. I still have some to do. And I will continue tomorrow. There has been a deluge of phone calls and messages and we are trying to get through them. It's busy. Please be patient. I've fully booked Friday and Saturday already and have a few openings next week. A couple things I want to share: 1- Masks are required when you co...me in and during the whole visit. 2- I'm accomodating my clientele first and then some shop regulars, unfortunately I cannot take on new referrals at the moment. If I missed calling you, please call in to the shop, messaging is difficult to keep up with. 3- I cannot accomodate walk-ins, nobody can; and online booking is not active at the moment. 4- Please be patient, most have been amazing but realize it's an ever changing situation and we are all learning at the same time. I'm confident in my capabilities but there are many new regulations. I need more time with clients to properly disinfect and clean in between, therefore I can't take on as many in a day. 4- When booking over the phone please make sure to specify the service that you want or need. If it's a highlight, and balayage or toner it needs to be mentioned, not just a colour. These services take more time and it needs to be scheduled the allotted time, I can't "squeeze in" anything... make sure to bring pics along as well, a picture tells a thousand words... I'm so excited. I miss you all .. please stay safe and of course if you don't feel well, please reschedule.

I'm sure everyone has heard the wonderful news. I'm currently figuring out with Jody how we are going to be doing this. I'm planning to be going in tomorrow around 4pm to start calling the clients that were either cancelled, had their appointments pushed and those that have regularly scheduled appointments. So please be patient with us, we are very excited. I know many are going to be wanting to message and that is why I am posting this. We will also update our Facebook page with guidelines.

Hello lovely friends, I'm at week 10 of lockdown and am going stir crazy. I've been posting on my regular Facebook page but just realized not everyone is able to see my posts. So, here are a couple of things I've mentioned along the way. First, we don't know still when we will be permitted to open ( I'm hoping soon as dentists are permitted and they are quite literally in your mouth). When we do open, I will be accommodating clients that were scheduled and cancelled or had up...coming services. They get first dibs on appointment times because they were inconvenienced. I will then be contacting my regular clients( those that see me every 4-6 weeks) because they have now missed approximately 2 services. It will be difficult to take last minute appointments because of the 2 month backlog, I will also not be able to accommodate walk-ins for a while. Of course, as always we will be following all the guidelines that will be set in place by the health unit. I do want to say though that last minute cancellations, no shows and tardiness will be difficult to reschedule. And that I do understand these times are difficult and trying but I will not accept any rudeness or impatience. We are all trying our best. I know this seems like a lot and I still don't even have a final date, but in my heart I hope for soon please take care and I hope to have some good news soon xoxo Anne See more

If you haven't pre-booked your Christmas appointment I highly recommend that you do. I am starting to fill spaces quickly and have expanded my hours for the last two weeks before the big day. I don't want anyone to feel the way that Buddy does!! Call me at the shop to book your time 705-566-8167. We are exactly 8 weeks away today from Christmas Eve.

Hello hair friends. I will be doing a schedule change beginning next week. My hours will be as follows: Tuesday 9am-2:30pm Wednesday 12pm-8pm Thursday 9am-8pm Friday 9am-2:30pm... Saturday 9am-3pm I am also beginning to book our holiday season appointments to guarantee services for Christmas and New Years. Pre-booking is the best solution to not be disappointed.
