I’m here to give an update regarding spring classes as I’ve been receiving lots of messages, Recently I was offered to participate in an intense body transformation project where I will work closely with an elite trainer and nutritionist to redesign my entire composition & fitness level. My project will be documented and filmed and eventually made public. Hello & Happy 2018! Another new year full of possibilities and opportunities! For me, this one brings on a time of transition and personal growth. With these exciting changes...my days have become a little fuller, and downtime has become a delicacy! So for this reason I have temporarily taken a step back from running class sessions. ... I am currently scouting for a second instructor to join us and take over some of the class schedule, as of now I have some great candidates and hope to have something in the works before spring.
