Matt Hunter is a well known client of the Workshops and a tireless spirit. Matt is also an accomplished swimmer. In the past Matt has swum across the Halifax Harbour to raise funds for United Way. The pandemic has stopped the harbour crossing this year, but not Matt’s spirit. On Saturday September 6th, Matt will take part in swims across Chester Basin and Long Lake to continue to support United Way. We have 20 clients safely back to work! We working hard to ensure the safety of our clients, staff and customers. Doug, Dwayne and Shelly are hard at work. We continue to work on gradually bringing more clients back. We thank everyone for following the rules that keep us all safe so we can safely resume our important work #proudpastpromisingfuture
