As the sun sets on our first season, we feel an immense amount of gratitude for everyone who made this dream possible. To our incredible community in Prince Edward County, who’ve leant advise, expertise and shared many a glass of cider (wine, beer, coffee...) with us over the past 13 years. To our friends and family who have encouraged us from the very start; when planting vines and an orchard were mere ideas that were able to thrive through your support.... To all of our first customers, that visited us by recommendation, wandered in while casually driving by and to the social media savvy folks that found us on here. Introducing our fall release, Apearitivo. Apearitivo is a special release of Cold Creek desert Pear Cider which has been made using County Pears with a blend of honey from the farm while aged in French Oak. Apearitivo has a clear pale yellow hue, sweet and full bodied, moderate acidity. Low tannins. Hints of bitterness. Notes of pear juice & skin, floral, and honey. ... Pairs well with figs, French Vanilla ice cream, Crème Brûlée, and a perfect companion with an after dinner cigar.

What are your Labour Day plans? We’ll be cracking open some cider, pairing it with this view & holding on to these last moments of Summer 2020 (despite the fall weather)

Another beautiful and special night in the County with a small group of the ones who heat up our hearts. We called on the spirit of Hemingway and sweetened the... pot with his favouritesfrom Daiquiris to Sancerre to Scotch to Portand the food, my god, each course assembled to the great man’s decadent specifics by some of our great chefs.
