A question we have been getting asked very frequently in the last few weeks. What’s the market like for selling and are others listing their properties during the current situation? The answer to this can vary for each client, but for the most part we were listing only vacant homes up until this week. This week things have changed and we are trying to adapt to the new normal while still following social distancing and all guidelines set by our province. We have been lis...ting homes that are occupied and making sure that both the buyers and the sellers have not travelled, have no symptoms, or have not come in contact with anyone who could have been at risk. Since our office has been closed to the general public, we figured what better time then the present to get a head start on our renovations! We have decided to veer away from the open bullpen layout and are making individual offices for our agents and clients. We are making a beautiful front entry and reception area complete with a coffee bar. We have changed the lower level boardroom into individual offices and the top floor is going to house an executive boardroom with kitchen and more additional offices. We are so pleased with the renovations and wanted to share a few progress pictures. We will update through the different stages of the renos.
