To our valued customers, With so much uncertainty surrounding the recent outbreak of COVID-19, we wanted to give you an update on the measures that the Coliseum family restaurant and lounge is currently taking. Since the news of the outbreak we have increased the frequency of our already diligent food safety and cleaning procedures in our kitchen and through out restaurant. Our staff have been trained on the importance of hand hygiene, cleaning and sanitizing procedures. And ...we have reinforced the Importance of health standards and protocols to all restaurant staff. As always, we are committed to providing a safe place for our customers to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. Or even a cup of coffee. All staff have been promoted that they are not to come to work if they are experiencing ANY symptoms. We are also asking customers that are experiencing any symptoms to please stay home.
