COVID-19 Update: Dear Clients, The Ontario Government has just updated the essential services list. We will still be open for urgent care only. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Below is the quote they had used:... "Veterinary services (urgent care only) and other businesses that provide for the health and welfare of animals, including farms, boarding kennels, stables, animal shelters, zoos, aquariums and research facilities." COVID-19 Update: Dear Clients, We will be decreasing our hours. Starting March 26th, our hours will be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. We will still continue to provide essential services, food and medication orders. Please call the clinic when you are in the parking lot while remaining in your vehicle for further instructions when picking up or waiting for an appointment. ... COVID-19 Update: Dear Clients, We are now only accepting essential services needed for your pets. We are now asking our clients to remain in their vehicles and call us to let us know which services they are here for. We will ask all our questions over the phone and we will come out to your car to bring your pet in. We ask you remain in your vehicle during the appointment. We will call you once the appointment is finished and have you pay over the phone with a credit card or v...isa. We also have a portable debit machine in which you can tap your card to pay. We are currently not accepting cash payments. We are trying to reduce the exposure in our clinic so we can continue to work and help all of our clients in the community. If you are needing to order food, we ask you prepay for the food and allow 7-10 days for delivery, as per our Vet Puchasing supplier. Medications and medical supplies are expected to be delivered the following day. We are open and available for any questions or concerns. Dear Clients, We have been updated by our Vet Purchasing supplier that our medical and food orders will be delayed, due to the COVID-19 outbreak. They said food orders may take up to 3-5 days to come in. With the abundance of orders they have received, any new orders will be placed as of noon tomorrow at the earliest.
