Good morning! We’d like to announce that we are welcoming our customers back into our store! Of course, there are a couple of new rules with the most important one being that anyone entering MUST wear a mask. We will still be offering pick-ups in our entranceway for customers who do not wish to enter the retail space, just remember to call ahead with your order and time that you wish to pick it up! We have tried to create a little more room in our store so you will notice that we have moved things around a bit. Good afternoon everyone! We just wanted to give you an update as to how we are operating as we've had quite a few calls to see if our retail store was open. We have chosen NOT to open the retail store to walk-in customers just yet. We are still taking orders by phone and leaving them in our vestibule for you to pick up at your convenience. We know that this situation is not ideal but we continue to ask for your cooperation at this time by calling your order in advance of co...ming to our store. And while credit card payments are preferred we will accept cash provided that it is the exact amount owed. And if you happen to forget to call in your order please note that there might be a small delay preparing your order and we will ask you to wait outside so that others may enter to pick up their orders. Lastly, and more importantly. we'd like to thank you for your support during the last three months. We have tried our best to serve our customers under these very difficult circumstances and truly appreciate your kindness and patience while we figured out our temporary way of doing business. Remember to be safe, stay healthy and support your local small businesses whenever you can!

Good afternoon everyone! Ok, it took a bit of figuring out but we've finally come up with a system to serve our customers while keeping everybody safe by practicing social distancing! So, it's actually not that different from our last post so here goes, yes we are still open and definitely roasting coffee! We are NOT allowing any walk in customers simply because our retail store is not very large and it's hard to maintain distance, so we ask you to please call ahead with yo...ur order and credit card number (not taking any cash at the moment) and we will get that order ready, process your payment and have everything ready for you to pick up in our vestibule. No contact whatsoever! We have found this method to be incredibly efficient for us as we are also dealing with a surge in our online orders and we are trying to get them out as well. So until further notice our store hours are 10 am-2 pm Monday thru Saturday for pre-ordered pickups. We'd like to thank everyone for their understanding and support during this time. You can't know how much we appreciate your business, we certainly have the best customers! Be safe, be kind, stay healthy and support your local businesses when you can!

Hi everyone! We just wanted to give an update to you, our most loyal customers, on what we are doing during this rather difficult time. As of Monday, March 23rd, our retail store will essentially be closed except for pre-orders. What that means is that we would really love it if our customers would call in their orders ahead of time and we can run it out to your car in the parking lot. While we’d like nothing more than to chat and have you browse our store, we feel it’s safer for everyone to implement these changes. So remember, call in your order and once you arrive in our parking lot just give us a call to let us know you are here and we will run the order out to your car. Thank you everyone!

Good morning everyone! In response to the current situation we are facing here in Windsor we have decided to shorten our retail store hours. We struggled with this decision as our customers are so very important to us but as things seem to be changing day by day we have to do our part to protect not only our staff but the customer. As of today, our hours will be from 10am to 2 pm. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we encourage everybody that needs to pick up coffee, tea etc to please think of calling ahead, emailing us your order, or messaging us here on our page! Things may change but we will keep everybody updated here or on our Instagram. Let’s all do our part in keeping this virus out of our community. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
