10 years ago Sophia Kim and her family came to Waldheim, Saskatchewan from Korea. There, they opened up departures coffeehouse but it’s more than just deliciou...s lattes and espresso, they serve up traditional Korean food with a twist. Their Rainbow Bowl is reminiscent of the Korean dish Bibimbap, and they also serve up Bulgogi Burgers, a local favourite! Their fried chicken was also divine...jussayin’ For drinks, I tried their Peach Italian soda, and a Creme Brulee latte. This was recommended to me by several locals and it did not disappoint! A lot of the decor also had a travel theme, so check it out if you’re ever in Waldheim!
