Hello fellow wanna colour my hair yesterday!!! Please bear with us! We are so sorry that we are not able to accommodate your rooty needs right now. ... We are working on our safety protocols for all involved and hope that we will be able to assist you in your re-beautifying as soon as possible! Things to consider upon returning to your salon: Appointment times are staggered to allow physical distancing, and clients should attend alone, without friends or family. There will be a short sign in sheet for you to fill out for precautionary measures. Clients are screened before an appointment is booked and are not given an appointment if they have COVID-19 symptoms. No more than 10 people may gather in common areas we will only have 5 stations open at any given time. To meet this guest capacity limitation; our team is adapting their work schedule and the salon is extending its operating hours. Note that we may not be able to accommodate your usual favorite time slot for a certain period. You may only bring one personal bag with you. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Hand sanitizer is available at entrances/ exit for public and staff use. Clients must sanitize hands upon entry to facility. We will have sanitizer and disinfectant on premises. If coming in for a colour treatment, please arrive with pre-washed hair. We will wash every client’s hair before a haircut without exception. Both service providers and customers must wear non-medical masks. Please bring your mask with you. Most of us will be wearing shields or goggles as well as our masks and gloves when at the salon to protect us both. We will be constantly disinfecting our stations, washrooms, entrances/exits etc. All magazine materials have been removed. For your protection and relaxation; the hair wash stations will be conversation free. Our magazines and beverages will be unavailable for the un-seeable future. Our coat check will be unavailable; please bring a large shopping bag where you can deposit all your belongings and keep them safe from contact with other guests clothing. We will not be offering smocks at this time. (no change room) Please wear your least favourite clothes if you are having any colour treatments as we are only using disposable capes. The verdict is out right now whether we will be using hairdryers or not. With all that said We are doing our best so that this will be a smooth transition into the new norm for our Hair & Beauty Family. We look forward to seeing you soon! Please stay safe!
