This saison was brewed in collaboration with Chef Teneile @chefplaywright and Aaron T. Francis of @vintageblackcanada using ingredients that pay homage to their Jamaican roots and dope reggae beats. Chef Teneile recommends pairing the ginger, clove and tamarind flavoured saison with... a green curry or stir fry to compliment the complexity of the beer.
