This is very important to remember when growing your baby and also going through the birth process. Your body, as well as your baby, knows just what it needs to get the job done. You and your body are not broken. Yes, everyone is built different and may need different forms of encouragement/guidance along the way. But that doesn't mean you aren't capable. Your body is designed to give birth and give life. Trust the process

If you are expecting or have a friend who is, please take a moment to read this brief article on knowing your "rights" as a birthing Mom. Everyone has a choice. It is whether your choice is informed or not, that is the key. Be sure to stay informed and in-the-know and to make only decisions that are best for you and your baby. Of course, I would say, "Hire a Doula" to help with that. Haha! But whether you do or not, the point is, you should never be told what you "have to do". (Jessica was my Doula Instructor.
