One of the best things you can do in this moment is to decide to invest in yourself. . One of the 12 ways you can reconnect with yourself is by being still and the practice of being. Sit, stand, lay on your couch, in the garden, at the park anywhere, any time, just be still. Take time to allow for your mind to shut off from everything going on around you. Being still can improve your overall brain functions while relieving stress. Try adding this to your daily rou...tine for the chance to starting feeling like the person you used to be. . One of my favorite things about being a keepsake artist is working with an individual's cremated remains. Their beauty and uniqueness absolutely blows my mind every single time. I love being able to encapsulate the ashes in such a creative way that highlights their beauty even more. . Each keepsake is created custom to your pet or loved one's hair and/or cremated remains. . Whenever I feel sad or overwhelmed, I look for the beauty in the moment. For me recently, I've stopped in that moment and turned to the sky. I shut off from everything and just focus on what the sky is doing. What colors are visible? What are the clouds doing? What shapes do I see transforming as they move? And somehow in that moment, my sadness slows and the beauty blooms.
