EARLY REGISTRATION - "JERF" One of my most popular programs, "Just Eat Real Food" will begin on Sunday, January 10, 2021. JERF --> As the name of the program indicates, this is a gentle program, filled with plenty of enthusiasm and support that will encourage you to eat "real food". We will spend 21 days "together" to encourage new habits that you will carrying into the new year and beyond. I will share simple meal plans, using normal grocery store food, for three full wee...ks. Program will kick off Sunday, January 10th but the Facebook group will open on January 3rd so that you can begin reading and prepare for the kick off. Program cost is $75. **NEW PROGRAM** Running & Nutrition Do you have the desire to "learn to run" while eating well too? I have been thinking about this program for a long, long time. Before an injury to my feet, I was an avid runner and have been itching to get back. I love the challenge of running just one more minute. It meant continuous improvement! ... I am NOT a licensed/certified coach but can share much experience. I have run distances from 1km - 45km. And, I will share my "gifts of health" with meal planning ideas. My "you CAN do it attitude and enthusiasm" will encourage you every step of the way. What's the plan? 1. A 12-week program that is both "in class" and online. I will host TWO weekly run times where we will train as a group. These run days will be Tuesday evening and Saturday morning. These are NOT mandatory meeting times. I like the accountability and encouragement of a small group. If you do not, you will have the running schedule to follow on your own, if you desire. 2. Each training session is 30 minutes or less! 3. Special speakers, bi-weekly. Learn about injury prevention, how seasoned runners stay motivated, how running can be used to promote fat loss, etc. (these will be online sessions and recorded where possible) 4. Meal plans bi-weekly. The focus will be cellular health for fat loss. 5. A fun "graduation" run. 6. Access to Cronometer to journal nutrition (including macronutrient values) and training. 7. The option to come into the office for a starting, mid, and ending scale analysis so that you can track body fat %. You do not need ANY previous running experience. My assumption is that all of us will be out for a little exercise, a little challenge, a little fresh air, and a lot of fun. The goal is to be active and at the end of this program you will be running for 25 minutes, about 2.5K - 3.0K, with a gradual progression of run and walk breaks. Following the structure running program AND learning different ways to fuel your body to encourage CELLULAR HEALTH, you will likely lose body fat, reduce stress, and be on a great path of becoming more fit ... all the while you will FALL IN LOVE with Running. Cost of the program, all 12 weeks, is just $140, HST included. When will the program begin? SATURDAY, October 24 and yes, we will finish up around January 9, 2021. So you can guess the fun celebration we can have as our "graduation fun run". :) :) :) The hot weather is gone so let's take advantage of the cooler temperatures to get and stay active for the balance of 2020 and into 2021. I have been looking forward to this popcorn and drink since I planned for it on Wednesday night. Only wrinkle? The Raptor game isn’t in until 9pm!!! 9pm is too late for me to be eating so I made my popcorn early so that I could still enjoy as I wanted. What is the key word in all of this? PLANNED... Registration Closed Yes, in the new program, "Thriving not Depriving", you will eat "normal" food ... and no food is "mandatory". If you don't like fish ... use chicken instead. There aren't any supplement that you must purchase either. The program is a methodical approach to making SMALL steps that are SUSTAINABLE, to a healthier way of eating.... Will we be perfect? Absolutely NOT! We don't need to be. When you fuel your body with the focus on addressing the INSIDE health, you will learn that your body will treat your deviations DIFFERENTLY than it does now.
