Community Care Worker Week Continues for Community Support Month (#csm2020)- Highlighting: Maria Galazka Maria is the Program Support for the Collaborative Care Team. She provides administrative support for the Access to Primary Care, Home at Last, Home First, and Supported Referral Coordinator programs. Maria is also integral to the day-to-day functioning of the Brokered Home Help service for the Peterborough service office. She keeps everyone on task by processing referra...ls and PSW reports as well maintaining financial and statistical records. Maria’s professionalism and kindness shine through whether she is calling a client to confirm service arrangements or troubleshooting an issue with her colleagues.
