Ventures is a program designed for Special Needs Adults with the aim of teaching them how to be autonomous. One of the main components of the program is to buil...d work skills, in hopes that the students will eventually contribute to the workforce in their own unique way. This holiday season they're learning work skills through the means of creating beautiful products for their Unik Boutique. Last Friday, on International Kindness Day, students from grade 6 were excited to plant some bulbs in the flower box that is in front of the school with Ms. Lei...gh. They planted 100 Muscari and 15 Allium bulbs, which will now bloom every year in the spring. A great act of kindness and a beautiful grade 6 legacy! Now, HN has some wonderful colours to look forward to this coming spring 2021! Thanks to the PPO which supplied the gloves and the flowers! See more

LA TOLÉRANCE On dit que l’hétérosexualité, est la normalité, ...mais qu’est-ce que réellement la normalité? Que tu sois un garçon ou une fille, l’important c’est ta personnalité. Avoir des préjugés pouvant t’empêcher de voir briller sa beauté. Ne tombe pas en amour avec son enveloppe corporelle, mais bien avec son enveloppe émotionnelle. Vois en moi ce que je vois en toi et nous verrons en nous que nous formons un tout. Ce que nous sommes est la somme de notre différence et de notre ressemblance.
