We are open and ready to serve Ontario condo corporations and managers during these days of COVID-19 emergency. We are a virtual law firm, so we regularly work outside the office anyway. Our condo lien registration services are operating normally from our usual remote work locations. Our live telephone reception is open to serve you from 8am to 9pm, Monday to Friday.... The only impact of the crisis on our operations is that our office is not accepting courier deliveries at this time. Regular mail is picked up periodically. We are glad to receive direct deposit and electronic payments of condo common expense arrears by unit owners, mortgagees and their lawyers. And for our condo corporation clients, we accept electronic payment of our bills and we proudly offer to pay out common expense arrears by EFT. This helps reduce or eliminate the need for paper cheques or deliveries and speeds up payments so condo corporations can maintain their cashflows during these difficult times.
