Hello my friends! . Please read for an important update! . Yesterday’s news came as a shock to many studios and fitness leaders in Alberta and I want to first let them all know my is with them on a tough journey ahead!... . Red Deer County and Delburne are currently open on the COVID status map. This means the measures put in place yesterday do not affect CommonSpace Studios. For the time being, we will be open and classes will run as normal. But we are ever aware of the changing climate and will update as necessary. . I would also like to take this time to calm your mind about the safety of our classes. Anyone with symptoms or who has even potentially been exposed to COVID, stays home. Our studio community has been cautious and supportive and I thank you all for that. Additionally, surfaces are cleaned thoroughly between classes. . I know not everyone is comfortable joining us in studio which is why GROOVE classes are now being offered online.
