Movember is all about men's health. As we move towards the end of the year, we start "Movember", a month long awareness campaign dedicated to men's health. What started as a challenge between a group of friends in 2003, has grown to a global movement of over 6 million people, all in support of mental health and suicide prevention, and prostate and testicular cancer research. Whether you grow the trademark moustache, Move for Movember, host a Mo-ment, or Mo your own way, you can raise funds for a worthy caus...e while having some fun. Check out https://ca.movember.com/?home for more information about the cause and how to support it. Happy Movember! Movember Canada
