This past weekend our Norwood volunteers participated in Kms for Care 2020 (Norwood). Some did a socially distanced group walk - this team was called Rosie's Ramblers and Cathy did some horseback riding, all in support of Community Care!! Some people say putting up holiday lights and decorations can trigger happiness - so this year, let's go ! Griswold Big! And Light up... the Township of Asphodel-Norwood on December 18, 2020 from 6:00 - 10:00 p.m. All you need to do to participate is: Decorate the front of your property for everyone to see, Register with the Township Office, and Send us a picture of your exterior décor. As a for participating, each registrant will be entered into a random draw to : $250 Gift Card to The Christmas Corner, &Fresh turkey from Hilts Butcher Shop & Ralph's Butcher Shop , we're giving away a $50 Gift Card to the #FacebookFanFavourite (as voted by YOU) to a local business of their choice. As the Manager of Collaborative Care, Aja Bax leads the team in our centralized, partnership initiatives Access to Primary Care, Home at Last, Home First, and Supported Referral Coordinat...ion. Community Care Worker Week Continues for Community Support Month (#csm2020)- Highlighting: Maria Galazka Maria is the Program Support for the Collaborative Care Team. She provides administrative support for the Access to Primary Care, Home at Last, Home First, and Supported Referral Coordinator programs. Maria is also integral to the day-to-day functioning of the Brokered Home Help service for the Peterborough service office. She keeps everyone on task by processing referra...ls and PSW reports as well maintaining financial and statistical records. Maria’s professionalism and kindness shine through whether she is calling a client to confirm service arrangements or troubleshooting an issue with her colleagues.
