Let's come together as a collective of mamas to share, connect, grow, laugh and cry together. Every session will begin with a grounding exercise, followed by authentic and open sharing. This is a space to share honestly + candidly abo...ut the joys and challenges of motherhood. We will also share resources, tips + tricks and things that bring us joy! This circle will be a mix of mamas of all backgrounds + stages. The Mama Collective welcomes prenatal, postnatal + big kid moms.
