Posted @withregram @mandalamamas.community - What's a Connection Circle? The need for connection is more present than ever. Mothers simply do not have the 'village' of support they desire + crave. Let's come together as a collective of mamas to share, connect, grow, laugh and cry together. Every session will begin with a grounding exercise, followed by authentic and open sharing. This is a space to share honestly + candidly abo...ut the joys and challenges of motherhood. We will also share resources, tips + tricks and things that bring us joy! This circle will be a mix of mamas of all backgrounds + stages. The Mama Collective welcomes prenatal, postnatal + big kid moms. An all inclusive space to show up as you are. 10:30-12:00 17, 24 1, 8 or 7:30-9:00 19, 26 3, 10 $40 for 4 sessions (if cost is a barrier, please reach out) link in bio to save your spot. limited spaces available to ensure the circle stays intentional + intimate. xx See more

We encourage you to bring in your own slippers too so that your feet don’t get cold and so we can keep our clinic space nice and clean for everyone! We can’t wait to see your cozy slippers this season#winteriscoming #communitymidwiveskelowna #bcmidwives
