On Wednesday, February 10, Brockville Metro Store Manager Michael Newman (left) presented a cheque for $11,154 to Brockville and Area Food Bank Co-chair and Dep...ot Manager JoAnne Sytsma (right). This amount was raised from the Christmas holiday season campaign with customers donating $2 towards the Brockville and Area Food Bank. The Brockville Metro raised the most monies it has ever raised for a single event, which as Newman noted is outstanding for a community of this size. It is one of the highest amount raised across Ontario Metros. See more
