Time to cut these beauties down, the heads are heavy with seed! The gardens are being cleared out...a week away from closing up another fruitful season. Many thanks to all the lovely gardeners who have cleaned up their garden plots

Patchwork farms!

Lovely fall harvest today at Patchwork Farms. These goodies made their way to the local Food Bank. Melons, squash, cucumbers, yumm.

Vernon Community Gardens are in full harvest mode! Vine ripened...feast of goodness! Gardeners, remember to renew your plot for 2021, invite your friends!

Amazing produce from the community gardens this fall...it's so nice to share this load of cucumbers and squash with the local food bank.

Crispy cucumbers harvested from Patchwork Farms today! These were planted and grown by our lovely summer students...and donated to the local Food Bank!

We will miss our lovely summer students in the community gardens... today was their last day! These ladies did a fabulous job keeping the gardens neat and tidy, planting/weeding/harvesting. The projects they took on were completed with care and attention, and turned out beautifully.
