These ladies were proud to showcase their beautiful gingerbread houses, which they decorated together while on a Google Meet call. Although we are celebrating the holidays a little different this year, we can get creative and use technology to stay connected to friends and family.

This week we are taking a look back at photos from winter 2020 and 2019. Our Passport program likes to give back to the community. For the past few years they have put together these bags of mittens and left them all over town for those who are in need. . #CLWNtbt

The Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) is asking for ideas, feedback and comments that will help them improve support for people with developmental disabilities. Our next featured pet is Peanut! Peanut is Tracy's 1 year old cat who she recently adopted from Toe Beans Cafe in August. Peanut loves to circle your feet when you're walking and loves to carry Tracy's granddaughters Shopkin toys all over the house. She loves ice and always gets an ice cube when Tracy uses the ice maker. . #CLWNfeaturedpet

Dianne volunteers at the Port Hope Humane Society. She helps to socialize cats and kittens who are timid and scared in the beginning of their transition. These photos were taken last year. Dianne is looking forward to returning to the Humane Society when it is safe to do so. . #CLWNtbt

Our next CL-WN featured pet is Trooper! Trooper is Judy's 9 year old dog, who was originally from Cayman. Trooper loves to go swimming, play outside and relax at home. He looks pretty stylish in that hat. . #CLWNfeaturedpet

Last summer one of the folks made this TIC TAC TOE game out of sticks and stones they found while walking at Victoria beach. After a couple of good matches they left the game behind for others to enjoy. We hope that next summer we will be able to go enjoy the @cobourgecologygarden and Victoria Beach once again. . #CLWNtbt
