Community Meal Prep

Do you struggle to get your child to eat anything but "kid" food?? Kids who participate in cooking the meal are MUCH more likely to at least try it and usually they enjoy it too. We would love to have your child join us at our Spring Break Kids Meal Prep! Each session is 2 hrs long and in that time your child will prepare a meal for your family, that is ready to heat and enjoy. Anybody else make a random leftover food hash once a week?? I love having golden nugget potatoes on hand because they cook up fast in the frying pan, and then I add whatever random veg/protein leftovers are in my fridge. Tonight I was uninspired to make dinner. We were just about to order in and I decided to suck it up and get creative. I found some frozen pork belly (bacon works just fine), frozen corn, nugget Yukon Gold potatoes that needed to be used and some almost wilted celery in the fridge. Do you cook from the pantry?
