Vancouver Chamber Choir Conductor Emeritus Jon Washburn returns to Pacific Spirit United Church tonight with BYRDS AND BEES. Hear music by Byrd, Brahms, Britten, Bernstein, Dvoák and a world premiere by Latvian composer riks Ešenvalds. 7:30 tonight! Tickets will be available at the door, including $15 student rush tickets.

The Vancouver Chamber Choir presents A Rose in the Middle of Winter at Pacific Spirit United Church at 7:30pm Fri, Dec 20. Meet new Artistic Director Kari Turunen and learn about the music at a free pre-concert talk at 6:45pm. The Vancouver Chamber Choir returns to Pacific Spirit United Church this Friday! New Artistic Director, Kari Turunen, said "Schütz and Monteverdi are for me the greatest composers of the 17th century, and Mendelssohn and Brahms produced some of the very best choral music of the 19th century.
