Congratulations Singletree Winery on your official grand opening, and thank you for letting us be a part of your special day! We served up fresh bbq'd salmon with a lemon dill yogurt sauce, organic spring greens with our tarragon vinegarette, fennel & apple salad with a citrus honey poppyseed dressing; and blueberry cheesecake parfaits for dessert. The perfect summer lunch on a hot and sunny day. If you're out and about this weekend be sure to stop by and check out their beautiful tasting room and pick yourself up some wonderful local wines (we can personally vouch for ALL of them )
