Good remembering for tender times. At times the burden(s) we carry can feel like they are us, or we are them. And yet it is a *part* of our experience, and not who we are at the core. And often, with some intentional love and attention and patience, those parts of us that feel burdened can begin to be cared for by other parts of us that are kind, strong, supportive, and wise beyond measure.
