A little game of hide and go seek... Looking at your ingredients list is a smart choice... but some things such as sugar has many different aliases. Here are so...me that the sweet stuff goes by, funny none of which contains the word sugar... barley malt, brown rice syrup, corn syrup, dextrose, evaporated cane juice, fructose, fruit juice, galactose, glucose, lactose, maltodextrin, molasses, sorghum, sucrose and turbino.... Check your ingredients list... remember sometimes less is more. See more
