We would like to introduce one of our new members at the clinic, Dr. Sheldon Browse! Dr. Sheldon, we are so happy to have you on board at Complete Health. Here is some information on Dr. Sheldon and his hobbies! Dr. Sheldon Browse graduated with honors from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon earning a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Sheldon is experienced in treating office workers, motor vehicle accident cases, weekend warriors, and everyone in between, helpin...g them find relief and recovery. He is passionate about helping workers and families make long lasting positive changes in their posture and work environments. He utilizes a combination of therapies including spinal adjustments (both manual and instrument assisted), soft tissue therapy like myofascial release and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Therapy, targeted exercises, and ergonomic and lifestyle modifications to help his patients get out of pain and back to their jobs. He has received additional training with the Motion Palpation Institute to further hone his adjusting skills. Dr. Sheldon is passionate about baking, cooking, hiking, and rock climbing. To keep active, Dr. Sheldon does a mixture of rock climbing and bouldering with his partner Natasha during the week and hiking the Rocky Mountains on the weekend. At home, he is often busy working towards perfecting his homemade bread and baked treats recipes.

This beautiful momma to be (to twins) is officially on maternity leave. We cannot wait to meet the littles!! In the meantime, lets wish her all the rest and relaxation she deserves before the big day arrives. Cecile will be back in action to take care of her patients starting December. Keep an eye out for schedule updates as well as loads of baby spam!

Today marks the day that our wonderful massage therapist Malissa starts her maternity leave. She and Dr. Chris will soon be welcoming a baby girl Malissa will be back in November, but until then we will all miss this glowing momma! Stay tuned for some baby spam!!

Mask Update Hey all! Its been so awesome to see our super amazing patients! We thank ALL OF YOU and our staff for being rockstars with our new protocols Just wanted to give you all an update regarding mask recommendations from Alberta Health:... Most recent COVID-19 update: Dr. Deena Hinshaw, the Chief Medical Officer of Alberta has strongly recommended wearing a mask in public places where social distancing cannot be maintained. This includes our common areas, waiting room and all treatment rooms. Although not mandatory in Okotoks yet, to further regard your safety we encourage all our patients to wear a mask (cloth or disposable) while inside the clinic. If you do not have a mask and would like to wear one we can provide one for a small charge at the time of your appointment.
