Hello everyone Since apples are in season I wanted to share a delicious apple crumble recipe I’ve used many times in the past! It is important to use fruits and vegetables that are in season because: 1) it is better for your health - they tend to have more nutriments because they follow their natural growing and ripening rhythm 2) it tastes better... 3) it is better for the environment - because it is less likely that it was imported and therefore it has a smaller footprint, 4) it is usually cheaper! All these are posted on Instagram as well and you should follow us if you want more plants and sustainability tips at https://www.instagram.com/greening_loyola/ Bon appetit!
