The concrete slab joints really needed grinding here at Culos Developements. Took a good eight hours to get a proper profile....no dust....just a little noise and all is good now. Very poor finishing on such basic stuff!! Keeps me busy!

A little grinding job today. Light crack treatment and glue Removal so contractor can install flooring of his choice. My werkmaster performs again.

Just finished a difficult job requiring working at night with very tight time constraints. Removed vinyl flooring...moldy and asbestos contaminated. Asbestos removal by certified contractor! So I ground off the glue. Built flat coving, and then installed a Flexmar polyaspartic 3 coat flooring system. The flooring was installed in 6 hours. First a colour coat, with vinyl chips broadcast into the coat, when dry( 1 hour), shaved the floor, and installed a clear coat. We left an hour later ..... The floor completely dry and returned to service. Thanks Flexmar!!!

Tile was a poor choice to cover some really badly deteriorated concrete!! Removed the tiles, rebuilt and repaired all the concrete with Mapei products. Installed a Flexmar Vinyl Chip Flake floor system. Now THAT is a pretty nice entranceway! New railings are on the way and it will be like a new building facade.

After hours grinding in Salmon Arm to remove tripping hazards. Centanoka Mall. Scarifier works so well along with my Ermator Vacuum!
