It was hard to remove such a beautiful floor, unfortunately it had moisture problems in the concrete beneath the sports flooring and had to be removed. Products used: TEC's Multipurpose Primer TEC's 567 Self Leveling Underlayment TEC's Liquidam Moisture Remediation

This classroom had old epoxy still on the floor. Once we removed all of the epoxy we were able to apply TEC's Liquidam Moisture Remediation. The concrete slab had been tested for Relative Humidity (RH) levels which came back above 90% which is why we installed Luquidam to solve the moisture issue in the concrete slab. Then we primed over top of the Liquidam with TEC's Multipurpose Primer and Poured a 1/4" of TEC's 567 Self Leveling Underlayment.

This job was two open areas that were bring turned into staff areas. The existing concrete was pitted and uneven. We ground off any contaminants from the concrete and then primed for floor with TEC's Multipurpose Primer. After the primer absorbed into the concrete and dried fully, we pour TEC's 567 Self Leveling Underlayment.

CSS started by grinding the flooring down to bare concrete which gets rid of any contaminants that could affect our final product. Our Diamatic Grinding system leaves a scratch patter in the concrete to help the TEC's Multipurpose Primer and TEC's 567 Self Leveling Underlayment adhere to the existing concrete.
