What are the Most common Condo Problems? 1) Condo corporation Records - does your building allow you the right to access them or answer any questions? 2) Cannabis - yes the growth and consumption of cannabis is now a concern in condo corporations 3) Noise Complaints - Remember you are living close to your neighbours and of course the noise from the corridors 4) Personal property - you simply can't store anything on the common elements of the building... 5) Meetings - it is next to impossible for a Board Member to gain approval to attend a Directors Board Meeting 6) Odours - Smells to travel in the common hallways and from one unit to another 7) Condo Managers - Owners are having rough times with Condo Managers but if that is the case they also need to be reminded the Board made that decision 8) Pets - sometimes noise related and others when pets walk freely in common areas 9. Neighbour to neighbour - Not being happy with your neighbour creates problems 10.
