So excited about our new therapy group for young adults transitioning out of the child welfare system. We know there can be many feelings of uncertainty, loneliness, and anxiety in this process. We look forward to building a supportive community together. If you know a youth adult who has recently transitioned to living on their own, is on an extension of care, or on independent living please share this group with them!
