You are not alone I have stressed this as basically our mission statement for @conkuer_clothing .... I felt completely alone for so long in my depression and personal battle within my mental health. When I finally reached out, started learning how to open up and talk ... I realized I wasn’t alone and so many others were battling the same war within their mental health. PLEASE READ Just so we are aware & thank you @s.smitty for this... September is Suicide prevention month. I’m sure that suicide has affected many of us at one point or another and those it hasn’t, it may affect you one day. Using the word suicide is pretty much taboo... no one wants to use it.... so no one really talks about it. Since the word suicide is so taboo, it doesn’t help anyone who is at their all time low that wants to reach out for help and is tempted to ta...ke their life. We need to talk about these topics while using words like suicide so those who feel the need to talk also feel safe and comforted to do so. There should be no judgment of anyone who has or has had suicidal thoughts... I have myself in my darkest hour....We have no right to judge anyone who’s at their lowest point of their life and for that matter we have no right to judge anyone period. We haven’t walked in their shoes and everyone has their own personal issues that affect them differently. Try helping, reaching out, showing friendship and talking to them...let them know they can talk to you and you are there for them. Do what you can to help someone from taking their life and make yourself accessible to them. I’m happy @conkuer_clothing tank tops are in ... now I have myself a new loud speaker in the gym to promote mental health awareness. The pics aren’t the best but they will look awesome when worn and that’s what counts to spread the word. They are black, made by American Apparel, unisex and come in S, M, L, XL & 23$. I’d love to get another donation in with these. Covid as it did for everyone affected us also. This whole covid pandemic has affected people financially, ph...ysically and mentally.... especially mentally. Lets try to keep our heads up and be safe and aware of those whom are struggling. It’s been a year today that my brother Clayton decided to transition to the skies above. I’m sure Clayton you are much happier, less stressed and relieved to be in a better place where your mind is at ease. I always envied you and admired how you left Canada on your own in 2004 to begin your own life journey to Australia and to live in England. The last Christmas I had the chance to see you and your beautiful girlfriend Sabrina I felt as though you had grown and developed ... into a very intelligent, well rounded good man. I want you to know you are missed and loved dearly by your family & friends daily. I also want you to know you gave me an extra shove and the courage to move forward with a personal project of mine I had been sitting on. Clayton you are a huge piece of Conkuer Clothing and my mission to make mental health more aware to people in society today. Clayton you are big part of my message to people whom struggle with mental health and that they aren’t alone. People that struggle mentally are every where, these people need to feel accepted and know people will listen and help them. These people need to feel safe and that they can reach out for help without feeling ostracized. People every where battle a war in their mind we are un aware of and they feel ashamed to speak out or are embarrassed and suffer in silence. This should not be the case, mental health should be discussed openly and freely by all whom suffer so that they can feel welcomed and accepted and that they know they aren’t alone in this ongoing struggle in their head. Clayton, God knew you fought long and hard...you are now at peace mentally and flying your Luke Skywalker X Wing Fighter above the clouds. You are a warrior .... along with all those who battle the war in their mind on a daily basis. You have not left us at all Clayton, you speak to all those that are suffering, through the message you have helped provide through Conkuer Clothing everyday. Rest in Power Clayton.

When you see bullying intervene, bullying easily affects someone’s mental health negatively with lasting effects. Bullying breaks self confidence, self esteem, causes depression.... This is a harsh but 100% in your face positive motivational statement. I was the pity guy, blamed the world for my issues, put my mother through hell, my father... sat back and let the world move on without me cause I felt like God had it in for me. Best thing I ever did was look in the mirror and degrade myself and see what a baby I had become and asked myself what the f@ck happened to the strong bastard I used to be??? ....
