I hope each one of us can use this season for new growth, that we can find within us the courage to brave our Best lives. That we embrace the challenge to be bold and authentic. Just like each precious bloom has its own vibrancy,shape,size and smell, and we stop to admire its beauty. Each one of us is our own masterpiece.

I am very excited to announce the opening of my private counselling practice, Connecting Point! So grateful to continue my work with people in helping them connect to their best selves. In this time of such uncertainty, it is hard to find our own sense of space and purpose in this all. This is a time of challenge in so many ways for many of us. I am here to be a listening ear and help you find a way to be true to yourself in this trying time.
