I'm hosting a 5 week workshop called Loss In The Time of COVID at the Parkland Wellness Center in Spruce Grove. Anyone aged 18 and over is welcome. In this workshop we will build a small community (8 participants) where we will name, grieve, and mourn the losses that we've experienced during the pandemic.
